Pathways don’t add effort. They refine how the current moves once Lineage is active.
DURATION
Stay only until orientation stabilizes. When the contact point feels clear or present, the Glyph has done its work. Move into the Pathway when the signal completes — not when time passes.
If you feel flooded, tense, or pulled into story, return to Stillness or end the session cleanly.
If Lineage feels steady and present, you can move into a Ritual Pathway without adding effort.
