Portal Glyphs

A Portal Glyph works in two movements. Its visual briefly ignites a direction. After you look once and let the visual go, the Glyph's own instruction gives attention a place to locate.
Choose one Glyph by its name, its direction, or the lived domain it accompanies. One is enough.

Six Directions
These are equal entrances. The descriptions below help you choose a direction; each individual page holds the actual visual and its unique locating instruction.
Root
Orient toward support, weight, steadiness, and your relationship with returning to yourself.

A Glyph is not only its visual. The visual and the instruction work together: one ignites the direction, and the other locates attention.
Meet the Visual Once
Let the Glyph be seen without staring, decoding, memorizing, or searching for a hidden message.
Let the Image Go
The Glyph does not need to be held in your mind. Allow attention to move from the visual toward the suggested location.
Follow Its Locating Instruction
Each Glyph gives a different instruction for where attention may rest. Follow only that simple direction without adding effort.
Meet What Is Present
Sensation, quiet, movement, uncertainty, or no noticeable response can all belong. Remain only while the contact is supportable.
If looking at a symbol is uncomfortable or inaccessible, its name and locating instruction can provide the orientation without the image.
Within a Complete Crossing
The Glyph Begins the Direction
The visual ignites a direction; the Glyph's instruction locates it in attention. Its paired Pathway can then deepen, refine, and carry that direction. A Field Form may offer optional bodily support before the crossing arrives in its lived Drawer.
You may use one Glyph by itself, continue through its paired route, or stop whenever the amount of contact available now has been reached.
One Direction Is Enough
Choose a Glyph above when one feels relevant. A clear choice does not need to arrive immediately.
