This is a simple place to arrive — and let the Field meet you without strain.
Let your attention arrive in your body.
Nothing needs to happen right away.
Stillness
Let yourself settle a little.
Feel your weight where you are.
If nothing changes, that is still enough.
Body Contact
Let attention rest somewhere in the body.
Notice your weight.
Notice your feet touching the floor.
Let attention rest low in the belly.
Then let it rest in the center of the chest.
Then let it rest quietly behind the eyes.
Stay with the place that feels easiest to remain with.
Capacity Check
If staying feels simple enough, you can continue.
If strain appears, return to Stillness — or end cleanly.
