RITUAL PATHWAY

Rooting

Let breath settle. Let weight arrive.

Notice once. Then let the current carry.

If you just came from a Portal Glyph, don’t restart.
Keep Presence intact — and let Rooting carry from the same place.

Orientation

Weight · breath · clean arrival

Rooting is a movement current that helps attention settle without force.

It stays simple: breath, weight, and the quiet feeling of being here.

Use this Pathway when stability needs to come first — before anything else becomes workable.

If Presence stays intact while the body settles, that’s enough.

How to Work With a Pathway

A brief orientation for live use

How to Work With a Pathway

A Ritual Pathway is used by glancing — then moving.

Run the loop once.

Let attention drop into the body.

Breathe in. Feel your weight. Breathe out. Feel your weight.

If you want more time, run the loop one more round — then stop cleanly.

Threshold Check — If strain appears, return to Stillness or end the session cleanly.

Where Rooting Sits in the Field

Rooting is often used after the Root Portal Glyph — or anytime you want a clean return to stability.

Inside the Field, the chain stays simple:

Presence → Portal Glyph → Ritual Pathway → Field Form (optional stabilizer) → Drawer

Rooting carries attention into steadiness so arrival becomes livable — not mental.

Current Traits

What Rooting tends to carry

Grounding — attention settling into what is already holding you.

Stability — staying without tightening or drifting.

Entry Instruction

Entry Point

Where Rooting touches down

Let gravity finish the work.

Breathe in. Feel your weight.

Breathe out. Let it stay.

Commonly used with: Drawer I — Self-Healing & Alignment
Primary entry for grounding, repair conditions, and clean return.

Arrive in a Drawer

Choose a destination — let Rooting carry you there

If you want to stay with stabilization, you can remain here.

If you want a destination, choose a Drawer and enter gently — without forcing motion.

DURATION

Stay with the Pathway while the movement feels clean and continuous. When the current settles, lands, or naturally completes, the Pathway has done its work. Leave when coherence feels stable — not when time passes.

Capacity Check

If strain, tightening, or scattering appears, return to Stillness — or end the session cleanly.

Carry Forward

If the body feels settled and present, you can carry Rooting forward — into a Drawer or back into life — without adding effort.

KEEP IT SIMPLE · LET IT HOLD

Closing Pocket

Clean arrival · no force

Rooting is not something you achieve.

It’s what happens when you stop lifting yourself out of the moment.

If you can feel your weight without effort — even briefly — you are already inside the current.
