Continuing

Let what remains available accompany what comes next.

Continuing carries the direction established by Momentum toward ordinary movement and resumed activity.

If you arrived through Momentum, you do not need to repeat the Glyph or hold onto what you noticed there. Begin with whatever remains available now.

If you entered Continuing directly, notice one thing that is already present—a breath, a thought, a physical contact point, a direction, or simply awareness of the room. Nothing needs to become stronger before you continue.

Movement Cue

Let the Next Moment Arrive

Notice what is available now.

Allow one ordinary movement to happen—a breath, a shift of attention, looking toward the room, standing, or preparing to return to what you were doing.

If some sense of contact remains, let it accompany the movement without trying to preserve it.

If it fades, there is no need to recover it.

Remain only while this feels simple and supportable.

If breath or bodily sensation is difficult to use, let a sound, object, task, or part of the surrounding room mark the movement into what comes next.

What Continuing Is Carrying

Continuing does not mean maintaining an uninterrupted state.

It allows contact to remain available while attention changes and ordinary life resumes.

You may remember, forget, become distracted, return later, or notice nothing continuing at all.

None of these conditions means the movement failed.

Stay With What Is Supportable

There is nothing you need to maintain.

If something remains available naturally, let it accompany what comes next.

If you begin monitoring yourself, trying to preserve Presence, or treating interruption as a loss, release the need to maintain contact.

Return to what you are doing, or finish here.

Continuing may already be enough.

Continuing may continue into Legacy & Incarnation. Triangle can offer optional bodily support, but it is not required to enter the Drawer.

The longer arc of the route does not require a destiny, permanent state, or grand conclusion.

You may also end with Continuing. Contact can fade and become recognizable again later.
